The Love Asheville from Afar Campaign Boosts WNC Businesses Post Helene

Love AVL from Afar

Many of the Asheville area’s small businesses have been greatly impacted by storm damage from Hurricane Helene. We are thrilled to help lift up Love Asheville from Afar, a campaign designed to help support and sustain some of our small businesses in the aftermath of the storm.

Asheville Businesses Post HeleneThanks to the efforts of many community partners, such as the Asheville Downtown Association and Explore Asheville, this effort will be spread far and wide so that individuals who are in a position to support these small businesses may do so from near and far.

Via its website, Love Asheville from Afar allows you to help (in a fun way!) by shopping for wares and services from favorite local makers, merchants, and hosts whose businesses were negatively impacted by Helene. You can also make donations to those hardest hit through the links on this site.

Is your business the one in need of help? There is even a form on the website where you can fill out your desire for your business to be included in the campaign.

With the festive season just around the corner, let’s “Go Local” in a BIG way. Support the folks who make Asheville the wonderful place we all know and love by heading over to Love Asheville from Afar!
