MontfordLocated within walking distance to Downtown Asheville and on the National Registry of Historic Places, the beautiful neighborhood of Montford brings a southern charm to the city. With homes in the neighborhood designed and built by architects and contractors from the Biltmore Estate in the early 20th Century, Montford was a favorite escape for vacationing New Englanders and today is filled with people who call Asheville home. 

Grove Park - Located off of Charlotte Street and sitting directly below the widely-recognized Omni Grove Park Inn, this neighborhood is feels mystical. It is one of our favorites to walk, with expansive trees, beautiful landscapes, and intriguing architecture. Grove Park has sophistication, and is a quiet neighborhood for those seeking solitude.  

West Asheville - This community oriented neighborhood offers walkability to stores and restaurants. The hip vibe adds culture and depth, and West Asheville thrives on creativity and the outdoors. The 3rd quarter of 2015 had the highest median sales price of homes sold on record in Asheville. 

Downtown - If you like convenience, great food, and/or beer, downtown Asheville is a great spot for you. Downtown Asheville condo living is great, especially for those that are looking to live part time in this city. The city is walkable, with restaurants, lounges, and markets at your fingertips.
