Craig Severance is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with…and we’ve worked with a few. He always had our best interests at the forefront. He is knowledgeable about the Asheville area and has a keen eye for the houses he tours with you. He is very flexible on scheduling and is diligent in follow-up. I highly recommend him.

Helpful. very patient. worked with us so we could find the right home. He is very polite and friendly at the same time knows his material. We did not feel pushed into buying a home from him but rather that he wanted us to find a home we liked. Time wise we were able to find our home in two week due to his diligence, understanding of our needs, and or course always very prepared. Craig works with you as a friend and you wont feel the close the deal attitude.

My wife and I came from out of town to Asheville with no knowledge of the town. We are currently looking to choose a retirement community. On short notice, Craig spent a large part of his weekend not only showing us houses that met our criteria, but also drove us all over the area and taught us about the town. His knowledge was extensive. I never learned so much about a town in such a short time before. I would recommend Craig to anyone interested in real state in the Asheville area.
