I’ve always had an appreciation for the artistic, the scientific and the outdoors, along with a curiosity about how things work. I entered the working world early, eventually owning a restaurant before finding my way to real estate, and I’ve never really stopped learning, exploring or solving problems. That mix of entrepreneurship, hospitality and technical thinking still shapes the way I approach my business today.

Asheville has been my home since the winter of 2002–03. I live in North Asheville in a nearly 100-year-old house, so I know firsthand the character, craftsmanship and quirks of older homes. I’m equally intrigued by thoughtful modern design, Green Built homes and energy-efficient new construction. My work takes me throughout Buncombe County and the surrounding Western North Carolina communities, where I help first-time buyers find their footing, longtime homeowners make their next move, investors spot opportunity and newcomers get to know the place I’ve called home for more than two decades. Sometimes the search is practical, sometimes aspirational, and often a little of both.

Real estate is equal parts property and people. I listen, dig into the details and stay steady when things get complicated. I’m conversational and candid, laid-back but focused, tech savvy without losing the human touch. Depending on the day, the job can call for an advocate, analyst, negotiator, problem-solver or occasional real estate therapist.
