Before real estate, I helped people find jobs. As a recruiter, I built lasting relationships by listening, observing, informing, preparing, coaching and negotiating — skills that translate naturally to helping clients buy and sell homes today. I learned early on that understanding what someone is really trying to accomplish is just as important as getting them to the finish line.

I grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey, went to Penn State, and lived in New York City and Brooklyn before making the move to Asheville in 2007. Nearly 20 years later, I still love what brought me here: the quality of life, eclectic community, beautiful mountains and, of course, access to some of the best yoga around.

Having made the move myself, I especially enjoy working with buyers relocating to Asheville and helping them understand not only the Asheville real estate market, but the neighborhoods, communities and lifestyle that make Western North Carolina such a special place to call home.

Whether you’re buying or selling, my approach is much the same as it was in recruiting: listen first, ask the right questions, provide honest information, prepare well, negotiate thoughtfully and advocate for your objectives. Buying or selling a home, much like changing jobs, can be stressful. My job is to help you navigate the process with clarity, integrity and an unwavering work ethic.
