My interest in real estate started at a young age, as my parents were always looking for a house with potential.  As it turns out, I developed the same passion, investing in my first property while at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

I moved to Western North Carolina in 1995 to study natural resource management at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. This launched the start of my career in real estate - working with Southern Appalachian Highland Conservancy, helping to protect the many beautiful parts of Western North Carolina. 

Following my work with the land trust, my love of homes and my entrepreneurial spirit took me on a path to creating two successful and well-respected local businesses in the building industry - Audio Incorporated and Security Incorporated.  Through these businesses, I have been able to work in the area’s stunning custom-home communities with some amazing clients, as well as with the area's top architects, interior designers and builders. 

I chose the Asheville area as my home because of the abundant outdoor activities, as well as being a wonderful place to live and raise a family. 

When I am not working, you can find my wife and me at a baseball field watching our son pitch, bass fishing on a local lake, or eating at one of Asheville’s many amazing restaurants. In my free time, I also love volunteering with organizations such as the Asheville Art Museum.
