The Asheville area has quickly become one of the most desirable destinations to both visit and settle, and those newcomers are quickly realizing what us Asheville natives have long known – that this place is special.  With more and more “permanent” residents moving into the area every year, the real estate market has become just about as wonderfully diverse as the city itself.  Growing up in Asheville these past almost 20 years, I have had the privilege of seeing this city and the mountain towns that surround it bloom into what it is today.  From the lively, heart-of-it-all neighborhoods of downtown and West Asheville to the expansive mountains of Fairview, Black Mountain, or Mills River, it truly has something to offer for everyone.  

From my “formative years” at the local Cane Creek Middle and A.C. Reynolds High School to raising a family in South Asheville these past 8 years – these mountains have and will always be my home.  After completing my degree and collegiate soccer career at Wofford College and then professionally in Atlanta, my wife and I quickly felt drawn back to the area.  We have a sweet, wonderful little boy – Abram – and he keeps us on our toes pretty constantly!  In our spare time we enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring the surrounding mountains, as well as the many local breweries and restaurants that have become one of the calling cards of the area in the past few years.  Our love for all things real estate has recently culminated in the building/opening of our first Airbnb cottage – “WilderNest” – in the beautiful mountains just a few miles outside of the city.  We have loved being able to play host to people from all over the world who are looking to get a taste of all that Asheville has to offer.     

From that first-time home buyer - to the growing family that’s quickly outgrown that one-bedroom apartment downtown - to the “empty nester” couple that doesn’t need the space anymore; it can truly be a stressful and daunting process for every one of us.  Sometimes it’s hard to even know where to begin.  And that’s right where I hope to come alongside and help.  Entrusting a reliable agent, someone who not only knows the area and the market well but also listens to your specific needs and desires, is one of the most important decisions you can make right out of the gate.  As your agent, my goal is to help guide you as seamlessly as possible through the process from start to finish, advocating along the way for all of the things that are most important to you.
