Last summer, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Figura regarding the sale of our vacation home in Asheville. Mike came to our house so we could get to know each other and he was happy to answer our questions. There was no pressure whatsoever. The following week, Mike gave us a presentation regarding property values and some ideas of optional improvements we could make. We also discussed staging, if we were interested. At all times, Mike was very professional, but he also has a very warm and gentle personality that made us feel very comfortable in hiring him to list our house.
