Vanessa Byrd is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with (and I’ve worked with a few!) She is the perfect combination of laid-back and hard-working, practical and creative. I enjoyed working with Vanessa. She was very responsive to my needs and so helpful with local contacts in renovation and design, and had great advice regarding easy changes versus more involved changes.

Vanessa was always prompt in responding to calls and willing to show me anything I was interested in at any time! She listened to my needs rather than pushing things she knew weren't my style or location desires. She had amazing ideas for transforming spaces to make the look and flow of the house  more updated. Her ideas were creative things I'd never think of myself. I eventually used her concepts to transform the space we are in now that she helped us find. In the end, she made all the horrible paperwork a breeze by handling everything and making it all clean and simple! We love our new home and couldn't have done any of it without Vanessa! 

We were out of state buyers and Vanessa couldn't have been better to work with. We were looking in specific neighborhoods but she opened our eyes to others we weren't considering and we actually ended up buying in one of those and we love it. Without Vanessa's local knowledge we would have missed  out on a great opportunity. Her responsiveness throughout the entire process, including post closing, was top notch.
