On this rare occasion, my wife and I gladly submit this review based on our personal experience with Carol Marin, our realtor in a recent search and purchase of a home in Arden, N.C. Carol has helped us both buy and sell in Asheville. Both experiences were wonderful. She sold our home quickly and helped us negotiate a tricky situation with the timing of our closing. She helped us recently buy our home after returning to Asheville this year.
