This was my first time buying a house and I was very nervous about the entire process. I had a million questions and Joseph did not mind going over details more than a couple times. He was easy to get a hold of and was very patient. He looked for a house that fit my needs that was in my price  range, even though that price wasn't very high. I feel like negotiating was his strong suite. He asked for a review of things i didn't even know existed. I definitely would use him again to buy a house.
