Kathleen Cook is AMAZING! From start to finish, she was right there with every possible support, from help with my asking price all the way through to fielding all my questions about closing. We worked with Kathleen Cook at Mosaic to find and purchase two investment properties, one in Hendersonville in 2018 and one in Weaverville in 2020. We live in the Raleigh area, so it required more attention and effort than usual. Kathleen was timely in her communications and previewing homes for us when they came on the market. Both transactions had issues come up that that complicated them. Kathleen was extremely helpful in navigating those issues and helping us close on the homes. I was blown away by Kathleen Cook and her level of assistance, expertise and knowledge.  It has been over 30 years since we purchased an existing home - and the first time in North Carolina, where the real estate laws and customs are different.   Kathleen helped us through the process and gave  great recommendations for services - mortgage, inspections, contractors, etc, and after we choose from the list - she scheduled everything for us   She was the guiding light through the process and helped us finally find a wonderful home and made sure that everything was completed and there were no delays for our original closing date.  There was never a communication lag or gap - very responsive.  I don't think we could have navigated so well through this process without her. I highly recommend!!
