What we are looking for in an agent
We are seeking a few Full Time, professional brokers with a goal of doing $5M+ in sales per year. Ideal candidates are people-oriented, engaged in the community, collaborative, and good communicators. They are quick learners and critical thinkers who are able to work in a team environment but are also self-directed. Candidates need to take direction well and work within Mosaic systems. Mosaic brokers value diversity of people and thought, work well with a variety of people, and are willing to learn Non-Violent Communication. Our brokers continually seek balance and improvement both professionally and in their personal lives.
