Typical testing, removal, and remediation costs approximately $2,000 - $3,000. If there are telltale signs of oil smell or visual signs in the soil, it will cost more and it is likely the state will need to be involved.

As a homeowner it is important to have all of the paperwork showing the soil has been tested, tank has been removed, and any contamintation mitigated.

If you have questions or concerns about your underground oil storage tank removal, contact your Ashevillle real estate agent at Mosaic Realty.

Mosaic Community Lifestyle Realty

60 Biltmore Avenue

Asheville, NC 28801

Phone: 828-707-9556

Fax: 800-533-1491

info@mymosaicrealty.com

This well-crafted essay delivers a strong message without sounding preachy. It's a pleasure to read. Thanks for sharing this important piece of information with us about the new law that home owners or soon to be home owners will no longer be eligible for reimbursement by the state.http://nyoiltankabandonment.com/

Thanks for this informative video! Something like this always looks easy in an instructional video however if I went to do it in person I feel like it may not go that smoothly. A licensed professional may be a great idea! Oil tank removal is not a topic that I know a lot about, I'm sure I am like many others with this topic. It is interesting for me to understand a little bit more about it though! Thanks again for sharing. Lauren http://www.commtank.com
