Alyssa helped me find and purchase a home in Asheville while I lived in Colorado. She would drive by properties, and if I was interested, she would go inside and provide videos. Once I found the right home, she assisted with negotiations, helped me to purchase my house below its list price, and got the seller to take care of issues identified by our inspector.
