Wow, where to begin. Rika Taylor is AMAZING and the most thorough and professional real estate agent I’ve had the pleasure working with. Being new to buying in this area, we really wanted someone we could trust, and Rika came highly recommended as someone who goes ‘above and beyond’. After working with Rika for the past 4+ months, I can tell you that statement is spot on.
From the get-go, it was clear that Rika is just ‘on it’. We looked at so many different homes and Rika was always on time, had all the info, noticed things about the properties we had not and brought up concerns. I met Trenton Thomas in 2021 when I visited Asheville. I recently closed on a condo with his help in 2024! It was a long search for the right property. He stayed in touch the entire time and was very patient. He even disposed of the seller's junk that they had left behind. The seller's realtor was unwilling to do it. Trenton goes above and beyond and will continue to help even after the closing. I highly recommend Trenton.

Buying a house can be fun – and hard – under the best of circumstances.  And when it is a new home in a community you don’t know all that well (but you DO know you want to live there), that adds a whole other layer!  We didn’t know Stephanie Caldwell before we worked with her in purchasing our Asheville home.
