As relative newcomers to Asheville, Steph began with a half-day driving tour of Asheville to show us neighborhoods we may be interested in -- she knows a lot about Asheville and offered a lot of local advice (e.g., you really don't want to be south/north of this street because it is too close to the hospital and you will hear the sirens all night). She of course pointed out a bunch of local restaurants and spots along the way.

Steph moved quickly when houses came on the market and offered great advice about price points, what to offer, how to sweeten our offer outside of just the price, etc. And once we were under contract, Stephanie led the way on due diligence. She called in favors from local contractors, electricians, HVAC professionals, etc. to get quotes immediately so we could effectively negotiate before closing. Even in a seller's market, Steph negotiated a great deal for us.

In addition to being a great real estate agent and advocate, Steph is also a lot of fun and made the whole process very enjoyable. She adds a personal touch that sets her apart and we never doubted that we were in great hands with someone who genuinely cared.
