LeAnn was great from start to finish with our home search. We searched for over a year because we needed just the right property. LeAnn set up automatic searches for us (several because we were looking all over the place as far as price, location, and condition). She followed up with us regularly and was always available to answer questions. When we found our house she provided us with lots of great information as we came up with our offer and negotiated us a great deal even in a multiple offer situation. Through the entire process LeAnn was amazing- she helped us so much and I can't imagine going through buying a house without her.

Our experience with LeAnn was excellent throughout the entire process of purchasing our home in Asheville. Unfortunately, in our situation, we encountered several issues as a result of the home inspection that required us and the sellers to bring in various contractors and licensed professionals to address a number of issues, which extended the process and also required our purchase contract to be amended on multiple occasions. LeAnn did a tremendous job of managing that entire process, helping to bring in qualified professionals, while throughout the process continuing to look out for our best interests.
