Bill Anderson is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have lived all over the country and moved over 10 times due to my job. I have a lot of experience with realtors. Bill is the best. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great realtor who will look out for your interests. We bought a home in Waynesville which we recently closed. We lived out of town but Bill was always there for inspections and also made sure the work needed to close the house was done properly.

We have bought many houses over the years so we can say with certainty that Joseph is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. We are out of town buyers which comes with special challenges and requires a great bit of communication and truthfully more work for the realtor. Joseph is cool under pressure, honest, super knowledgeable and was very respectful of our needs. Normally we would have met with inspectors and trades persons ourselves. Joseph did it all with us on the phone and was great at checking in with us after each meeting. He was always one step ahead of us in thinking through issues or concerns. He also did not hesitate to look into any of our requests. More importantly he suggested some areas of exploration that resulted in what could have been a major problem for us down the road. In working this issue out he assisted in communicating with the city, our attorney and the seller which made for a smooth resolution of what could have been a deal breaker in purchasing this home. Just closed on my first house in West Asheville! Nancy Horowitz was absolutely wonderful every step of the way - from answering my many questions on the first call to setting up a super smooth closing - she regularly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. As a busy professional, I didn't have a lot of time too coordinate services/inspections and research home buying. Nancy was so generous with her time, expertise, and local info to ensure everything was organized, scheduled, and completed on time. She was also incredibly responsive any time I asked a question whether by text, email, or phone. It's clear Nancy really cares about her clients and their well being.
