My husband and I currently live in south Florida. After visiting the Asheville, NC area several times, we fell in love with all that it had to offer and decided to look for our dream home.

We began our search on Zillow and found several properties we wanted to see. To make the whole process easier, I clicked on “contact a realtor.” You never know who the computer is going to spit back out at you – what kind of algorithm takes place that matches a particular realtor with you – but we couldn’t be happier that it was Bill Anderson.

From our very first phone conversation through helping us find contractors to make small adjustments to our newly purchased home, Bill has been amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in general as well as having specific local market knowledge about Asheville and the surrounding towns.

He is also a consummate professional, who treated us with respect and was true to his word. On top of that, he’s a lot of fun! We had our fair share of good times, and as he guided us through every step of the complicated real estate process, he was patient and made what could have been a real slog into something kinda fun.

As icing on the cake, Bill Anderson is just a good guy. Because my husband and I aren’t moving into our new home for a while, and we’re still down in Florida, Bill has been amazingly helpful, going to the house while work is being done and checking to make sure things are being done right.
