Joseph has been more than helpful in the process of buying a house! We are still in the process of closing on a house but I felt inclined to write a review due to his character that shows he will do his best and devote as much time as possible to accomplish any requests and questions. He responds  to calls and texts day and night, which was a big plus for me as the process of buying a house is tedious and stressful. This was my first time buying a house and I was very nervous about the entire process. I had a million questions and Joseph did not mind going over details more than a couple times. He was easy to get a hold of and was very patient. He looked for a house that fit my needs that was in my price  range, even though that price wasn't very high. I feel like negotiating was his strong suite. He asked for a review of things i didn't even know existed. I definitely would use him again to buy a house.
