I’ve worked with Caley twice now, when I was buying and when I eventually sold to move out of town. She has always been very easy to talk to, so when I bought my house I made it a point to stay in touch. When it was time for me to sell, I was already living out of state and Caley was super helpful when it came to organizing and receiving some of the last minute repairs and installations. When it came to hiring staging and photography she chose the best most tasteful people to work with-I was so pleased with how it all looked I was sad I never thought to stage it like that for myself! Caley was always quick to respond when I had a new goal or idea about how to make the most of the property before its eventual sale. My closing date was right before the holiday and she did everything she could to make sure we closed on time and didn’t have to wait longer, she took the time and personally delivered the closing documents to our buyer who’s attorneys office was almost an hour outside of town. I highly recommend working with her- whether you’re looking to buy or to sell, you can trust she is experienced about the market and will do all that she can to help you meet your goals.
