Grove Park
Naturally, the nearest neighborhood to the Grove Park Inn shares its name: Grove Park neighborhood stands apart for its perfectly appointed homes, tree-lined streets, stately stonework and immaculately terraced yards – all anchored by the Grove Park Inn and golf course. An excellent example of early 20th century residential design, the Grove Park neighborhood offers plenty of paths for strolling against majestic backdrops. And it’s only a short distance to the eclectic restaurants dotting Charlotte Street, as well as downtown Asheville.
Grace
This welcoming neighborhood, boasting tree-lined streets, eclectic architecture, and an array of urban conveniences, sits just west of the Grove Park Inn. With the shopping corridor of Merrimon Avenue slicing through the center of Grace, a range of stores, restaurants and other services are within a short walk or drive of the neighborhood’s residences.
