Strong 2025 home sales in Asheville’s competitive market
Mosaic’s agents entered 2025 focused on helping clients successfully navigate a shifting market. By listening carefully, pricing strategically, and negotiating skillfully, our agents delivered results that consistently outperformed broader market benchmarks.
- Altogether, Mosaic closed $318,485,787 in sales volume in 2025, representing more than 5% of the entire regional market share and solidifying Mosaic’s role as Western North Carolina’s highest-producing local firm.

- According to Land of the Sky Association of Realtors (LOTSAR) data, the average closed-to-list price ratio across the region in 2025 was 97.3%. Mosaic’s listings exceeded that average, closing at 98% of list price.

- Homes represented by Mosaic also sold more quickly: While the LOTSAR average days on market came in at 83 days, Mosaic listings averaged just 45 days.

- Sale prices reflected that strong positioning as well. The average home sale price across the region in 2025 was $546,798, while Mosaic’s average sale price reached $606,476, demonstrating our agents’ ability to secure top value for sellers.

- Notably, Mosaic achieved this volume with just 2% of the area’s agents, underscoring the strength of our team’s productivity and focus. Mosaic agents averaged $7,582,995 in sales per agent in 2025, compared with a LOTSAR average of $2,987,358 per agent.
