Mosaic Community Lifestyle Realty’s Third Art Walk & Benefit was a major success, with the Asheville community coming out in full force to support our area’s nonprofit organizations and the arts. Hundreds of attendees descended on downtown Asheville for an exciting evening of camaraderie and art – in all raising a total $28,523 in donations for Asheville nonprofits. We extend a heartfelt thank you to all who supported the event. Attendees and donors helped support the nonprofit partners, experienced amazing art - maybe even found some for your home - and lifted up downtown businesses by coming out and connecting with our amazing community!
The free community fundraiser, held May 7 and open to the public, brought together 11 downtown Asheville galleries and art spaces to benefit 11 area nonprofits. Attendees took in eclectic pieces from local, regional and international artists while learning about the fantastic work being done by each nonprofit.
The participating galleries also featured unique raffle baskets, with proceeds going to each gallery’s highlighted organization. For this year’s raffle packages, Mosaic brokers drew inspiration from the small towns and local businesses that make Western N.C. such a special place to call home. They curated packages rooted in regional experiences, procuring stays, meals and gift cards directly from favorite spots across the area, then pairing each package with a nonprofit doing important work in our community. All winners have been notified and picked up the contents of the package from Mosaic Realty's office.
The area organizations highlighted at the 2026 Art Walk were: United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County, Mountain Pet Rescue, YMI Cultural Center, Asheville Art Museum, Our Voice, Read to Succeed, WNCAP, LEAF Global Arts, Homeward Bound, ASAP and Asheville Greenworks. In addition to the opportunity to speak with representatives from each nonprofit, Art Walk attendees had the chance to meet Mosaic agents and learn more about the many ways Mosaic gives back to the Asheville community.
