He came highly recommended for a reason: Bill Anderson is professional and warm. He’s also diligent, responsive, and a great communicator. He has a deep knowledge of the local market and goes the extra mile. He graciously shares his contractor and cleaner resources. Should you need anything spiffed up at a reasonable price, Bill has a great eye for design and is a pro at finding high quality at a low price. That likely comes from his years of real-estate expertise which also landed me a purchase at over asking. Give him a try – you won’t be disappointed.

Laura is a great realtor! She knows the Asheville real estate market through and through. She was quick to respond to my communications and was very reassuring during a stressful process. I hoped to sell my house as quickly as possible because I was paying the construction loan on my new home as well as my old mortgage. I listed my house when homes were taking an average of 111 days to sell, but Laura's expertise got me an offer by day 87. She was extraordinarily helpful when establishing my initial asking price as well as during the negotiation process. She gave wise advice on which areas I should be willing to compromise and when I should stick to my guns. Laura is a terrific example of why people still choose to work with a person in the age of AI.
