Jackie Dirscherl provided us with above and beyond service throughout our buying process. In our 7 month long hunt for our first home we worked with 7 real estate agents across different states and Jackie was hands down the best. She was very responsive all of the time and with her outdoorsy lifestyle we found that a lot of her values matched with ours. With my income being non standard she was able to put me in contact with a lender who would finance me when I had all but given up. She was able to get us showings in a timely manner and unlike most of our Real Estate agents Jackie knew more than how to fill out a contract. In our price range we often found that in some way shape or form the house needed work. She was able to help me understand some of the obvious structural and cosmetic issues before we put an offer in on the house and avoid money pits. I’m notoriously hard to impress and I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided and I’d highly recommend her to anyone.

• Attentiveness – ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see, Jackie moved fast, arranged an early viewing and met us on time. At the viewing, she maintained a perfect balance, refraining from influencing our opinion and allowing us to get a sense of things before she offered her thoughts. It was refreshing. And every time that we were on the fence about a property, she generously prepared comps before we even asked so that we could move fast if we decided to offer.

• Knowledgeable – Jackie has incredibly helpful insights into properties – location, traffic, amenities, etc. She has a generous depth of knowledge – from groceries, hospitals, and school systems to restaurants and breweries. Gaining from her encyclopedic experience in the area is an incredible value add for newcomers.

• Personal – Jackie always made us feel like we were her only client, with every single call or text that arose from beginning to end. She never rushed us or pressured us at any step along the process. She even arranged with the sellers to let us view the house with her a second time on the weekend the offer was accepted. She was patient and put us at ease, addressing all of our questions or requests, no matter how trivial. 

Ultimately, Jackie took substantial stress out of the home-buying process, and we are immensely grateful. She was extremely professional, courteous, resourceful, patient, generous, and helpful. Jackie made buying our perfect house in Asheville a complete joy.

Leann was recommended to me by a friend, as I was not familiar with the Asheville area. She assisted with helping me sell the home of an estranged relative who recently passed. I never did make it to Asheville during the process, but she was on-property often, sent videos, had locks changed, sent boxes of old pictures left in the home to relatives, etc. She was was the best realtor I could have asked for.
