Thanks to Carol going above and beyond, we just purchased a home we love at a great price in that development.

We couldn't have hoped for a better realtor. Carol's name was given to us as a realtor we could count on from someone that had used her previously and we wouldn't hesitate to refer her to anyone else looking. Carol had an extensive network and was able to suggest a mortgage broker, closing attorney, home inspector, and electrician that were all fantastic. Anyone can show/ list a house; but not everyone listens to their client's needs, has patience and attends to detail in the same way. I was buying from out of state and thought I knew which house I wanted; but Ward was patient and took me to see several comparable homes first, which made me feel more comfortable with my decision. Ward Caldwell was AWESOME!! I don’t live in the Asheville area, so coordination was challenging from my end. Ward was exceptionally accommodating meeting me on weekends and coordination with inspections. He went above and beyond to be my eyes, ears, feet, hands and sometime brains through the entire process by connecting me in via face time with inspection walk throughs. He facilitated a conversation with HOA to determine where the financial responsibility for window repairs resided. He is knowledgeable, professional and a terrific guy. I would use his services anytime and would recommend him to anyone thinking about purchasing a home.

Chris is a great realtor. He took the time to listen to me. He "got" me and I could tell by our conversation that he wasn't going to waste my time on homes I couldn't afford or wouldn't want.
