When I found out we were relocating to Asheville, I was concerned about buying in an uncertain market and wanted to start out renting. My husband was dead-set on buying a home. I thought 'Oh, great - go find a weirdo Realtor who will show us 100 properties that won't suit us at all...' When we met Justin, I knew I was wrong and my rental plans were done. Justin is the man!  My husband and I were looking for a house in the Asheville area, from Atlanta, and the process couldn't have been easier.  Justin was very responsive by email, text, or phone and we always felt like we were his priority.  Justin was good about sending us listings, and receptive   to houses we sent him as well.  We never had a problem setting up an appointment, and since we were coming from Atlanta Justin would try to get us to as many houses as we could in one visit.  Justin steered us through the home buying process from start to finish, and we are thrilled with our house.  Justin was recommended to us, and I would highly recommend him as well.

Justin was an invaluable guide to navigating the Asheville real estate market. He was always available to show us places at a moment's notice - even in the evening and on weekends- and always took care of the arrangements. when we found a place we wanted, we relied on his good advice about arranging inspections and other details up until the moment we closed. When it comes time for us to sell we just hope he isn't too busy to be our agent again.

We bought our first home in June of 2014. The house sat, unoccupied, for 7 years. During the due diligence process, we came up on multiple issues. Justin helped us navigate the stress (he has a very calming presence) and propelled the process forward to, ultimately, get us our dream home. He's the best!!
