Carol Marin, with Mosaic Realty, helped me purchase a new home in West Asheville. She was always willing to go the extra mile when it came to negotiations, inspection issues, and final contract dealings with the seller. She made the home buying process really simple for me and I've ended up with a great house! Even after the house buying process was complete, Carol continued to offer her help - down to little things like helping me understand how to get a mailbox installed to big things like meeting the movers when I shipped my car from Wyoming to the house!

We just purchased a house in Fletcher despite not physically being in state until four days prior! The process was absolutely seamless, and that was entirely due to Carol from Mosaic Realty, with assistance from the other professionals she connected us with--a mortgage banker, a home inspector, etc. Carol was recommended to us by a local friend and as soon as we spoke with her, we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. Carol is calm, experienced, responsive, and incredibly helpful. As soon as we expressed interest in the house we now own, Carol arranged a visit immediately, gave us a virtual tour, advised us about how to make a competitive offer, and then--when it was accepted--lined up every single service we needed pre-closing. She went to the house numerous times--to meet with the inspector, the septic guys, the well guys, etc--and always shared their findings with us promptly. Her communication was exceptional--timely, clear and pragmatic. If any of my friends are buying or selling in the area, I will refer them to Carol in a heartbeat!
