We were first time home buyers, so we knew very little and had a lot of questions about everything. Carol was always extremely helpful and patient with us. Vanessa was always prompt in responding to calls and willing to show me anything I was interested in at any time! She listened to my needs rather than pushing things she knew weren't my style or location desires. She had amazing ideas for transforming spaces to make the look and flow of the house  more updated. Her ideas were creative things I'd never think of myself. I eventually used her concepts to transform the space we are in now that she helped us find. In the end, she made all the horrible paperwork a breeze by handling everything and making it all clean and simple! We love our new home and couldn't have done any of it without Vanessa! 

Carol was terrific with the process of selling our home. Very knowledgeable about the Asheville market, and always quick to respond. She is very professional, yet she guided us through the process with a great sense of humor and calm.
