I met Bill several months ago before I started actively looking for a house. I provided him with a list of what I was looking for and he immediately set it up so I would receive listings that matched my "wish list." From that moment on, Bill was available whenever I had any questions or doubts; he has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods and was able to provide much needed guidance and information. He helped me negotiate a great deal and was invaluable in navigating me through all the minutiae associated with the purchase. If I ever decide to sell and buy in the future, there is no question whom I would contact to be on my team.

WOW! What a great home selling experience! Mike Figura is an absolute Real Estate genius. From initial contact to closing day was smooth and easy. All communications were fast and clear. Mike provided great instructions and guidance throughout the entire process from preparing the home for market  to negotiating the winning contract. Together, we set some very clear intentions on what type of buyer we would attract and how the home selling process would unfold. I’m thrilled to say the end result was even better than either of us could have imagined! The home was on the market for only 3 days. We had 17 showings and 9 serious offers... most of which were $10k to nearly $60k over listing price. I wanted a fast closing and that’s exactly what I got, 23 days from first showing to closing day.
