Ward Caldwell of Mosaic Realty went above and beyond a realtor's call of duty while handling the sale of my Hendersonville home. His expertise, advice, professionalism and communication were excellent. As usual, we ran into a couple of snags during the selling process. Ward handled them all for me as I was already out of the home and moved away. He contacted vendors, got quotes, initiated work orders, got the issues resolved, and kept me in the loop. My wife and I worked with Ward on the purchase of a home in the Asheville area last year. We’ve dealt with a dozen or more realtors over the years and I can honestly say we’ve never worked with any as great as Ward. He listens very well and was responsive to our needs. On numerous occasions we asked him to track down floorplans or plats or other details about a house and Ward produced those items quickly and in full. Throughout the process which lasted many months, he was always patient and kind, not the least bit pushy, though he's dogged in his approach. We must have looked at 30 to 40 homes, and never in that time did Ward show impatience. When asked he was excellent in helping us see details of houses we were interested in but kept a respectful distance as we evaluated the homes. When it came time to make an offer, Ward was an excellent guide on establishing a fair price and the details of negotiating that price. There were disappointments along the way, inspections that revealed unacceptable items which caused the deals to fall through, but even then Ward was supportive and understanding. When we finally settled on a home, Ward was there at every complicated step, smoothing the way forward and guiding us through the process. We spent many hours with Ward in some pretty stressful situations but we always felt reassured by his presence and knowledge and good humor. We’ve recommended Ward to other friends searching for homes in the area and they all rave about him as well. We gladly give our highest recommendation to Ward. 

Being a first-time home-buyer is a very exciting yet daunting experience. Gus Mujica made this process smooth, and we felt fully supported every step of the way. He truly felt like a family member who was looking out for our best interest. He was available anytime of the day to answer the millions of questions we had. I will forever recommend him to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks to Gus, we are now homeowners -  woohoo :)
