I interviewed several agents before deciding to work with LeAnn. She brought examples of her marketing material and was sure to have me sign the WWREA form and educated me on why that was important. Another agent did not do that. So, she had my trust at step 1. As I had extremely limited opportunity to coordinate any improvements or repairs, LeAnn used her network of contractors and recommended folks who were reliable and did quality work. My house had some significant improvements that LeAnn had a great deal of coordination and execution on my behalf that resulted in a professional staging, drone video, and other marketing keys that helped my house sell.
