I met Bill several months ago before I started actively looking for a house. I provided him with a list of what I was looking for and he immediately set it up so I would receive listings that matched my "wish list." From that moment on, Bill was available whenever I had any questions or doubts;  he has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods and was able to provide much needed guidance and information. In one case, Bill made sure to point out to me that a house I was interested in was located near a highway etc. His attention to detail was very helpful and I felt comfortable knowing he was more interested in making sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase than making a sale. When I was ready to buy, I had about 3 days to look (lived in a different state) and Bill dedicated the entire 3 days to showing me every house available that matched my criteria. He went out of his way to drive me around town to help me get a better sense of the different neighborhoods and when the time came to make an offer, I was confident knowing Bill was on my team. He helped me negotiate a great deal and was invaluable in navigating me through all the minutiae associated with the purchase. If I ever decide to sell and buy in the future, there is no question whom I would contact to be on my team.

Stephanie was so great to work with while buying my new home! I was new to the area so I relied on her knowledge of the local market and various areas I was considering buying in. She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and let me drag her across 5 counties in my search for the perfect place. Working with Kathleen was fantastic! She did such a wonderful job helping me find my first home in Mars Hill and walking me through the home buying processes. She was easily accessible and always on top of communication with me and the seller. There were a few "speed bumps" to navigate with the particular house I chose, but I felt Kathleen worked hard to navigate through them and help me focus on the finish line. Steph is the best! Strong words I know but she helped us accomplish the near impossible. Steph was both our seller and buyer agent. We were operating under severe time constraints in an attempt to not have to either rent or put all our stuff in storage and stay in a hotel during our home transition. She managed to successfully close on our home we were selling in the morning and close on the home we were buying in the afternoon.  As well, she negotiated with the owners of the home we were purchasing to allow us to move our stuff into the garage several days prior to closing. Selling and buying a home is always a painful process regardless of the outcome, but Steph held our hands and walked us through with the utmost integrity. She always had our best interest in mind. We could not have done this without her. My wife and I work in a customer service field and I recognize excellent customer service. Trip has been working with us as a buyer’s agent during a period when we were not truly sure we wanted to invest in real estate in Asheville.  A little over a month ago we had pretty much decided to continue renting.
