Now that the dust has settled from our recent move to Asheville, I wanted to take the time to thank Mosaic and our agent Sandra Brooks, for a thorough, professional and fun experience. Picking an agent is a little like throwing darts at a dartboard but we really hit the bullseye with Sandra. We had a very compressed timeframe and needed to see as many properties as we could in a short time. Sandra immediately assessed our needs and was able to weed out properties that wouldn't appeal to us. She researched the ones we had found and added many more to go see. Along the way she did a stellar job of showing us around the city and explaining the pros and cons of different areas. She also "got" my wife and me very quickly. She understood our budget and our needs and that made what could have been a stressful time extremely fun and fruitful. We never felt pressured even when we asked Sandra to return to properties repeatedly. And, in the end, we found our dream home in Asheville. Sandra continued to be an asset throughout the closing and our move. Today, we love our home and new city even more than we did on the day we moved in. And we know that we could still pick up the phone and ask Sandra anything. She is truly an asset to your company. I also feel like Mosaic was a great pick for us. Since our move we've become more aware of your involvement in the community from festivals to the Asheville on Bikes ride we just participated in last weekend. Vanessa was so competent and easy to work with! She listened to what I wanted, shared info, and was steady and patient. I just wanted to reach out and let you know what a great experience we had with Jose. Last fall we reached out to you about relocating from Columbus, OH to Asheville and you connected us with Jose. He has been simply phenomenal and has made the stress and anxiety related to moving pretty much nonexistent. He went above and beyond for us, in our opinion. He went to probably a dozen properties (we never ended up pursuing!) and spent tons of time taking pictures and contacting other realtors to get us additional information. Sometimes returning multiple times. Once we chose our property, which is a new build, he has checked on the progress consistently and has made sure that everything is done and up to our standards in order for us to be happy and to be sure that nothing falls through the cracks as we will not be moving for another week and have been unable to check on things due to being out of town. We closed last Friday and are really excited about our new adventure. We could not be happier or more satisfied with the whole experience and we owe it all to Jose.
