As home buyers living out of state, Carol was the best we could have asked for. We contacted her about a long rambling list of criteria and homes we had bookmarked that we wanted to see over the Christmas to New Year holiday and she set up every appointment within our short timeframe. On top of it all, she went above and beyond what we would expect from a realtor when it came to coordinating the countless service providers that needed access to the home in order to provide estimates for the renovations we wanted done to the house. She represented me in the purchase of a home in the Haw Creek area of Asheville, NC. Courteous, timely, committed, friendly, knowledgeable, careful, meticulous, always follows up, fun and caring, kind, excellent negotiating and people skills, knows how to close a deal and ensures that all parties to the contract are satisfied, follows through to the very end, and then some, in my  experience (and that includes buying four houses over the last couple of decades) I cannot compare Elizabeth to any other realtor; simply put, she is the best, no contest!
