I can't say enough good things about Will. He worked tirelessly to help us find our home. He was always going above and beyond--for example he went to the new house to see if it got cell reception with a carrier we didn't have, without requesting him to do so. He never felt salesman-like, we always felt like he wanted to be sure we would be happy with the home we got. We also greatly appreciated his knowledge as a contractor, which made us feel very secure that our home was in great shape and wouldn't be surprised by any unexpected problems with it. He is by far the best realtor we've had the pleasure to work with!

This was my first time selling. I am making a big move across the country and change and a lot of detail are challenging for me. Elizabeth is so personable, in addition to being so knowledgeable, that she took me by the reins and made the whole process so easy and smooth. She even jump started my  process by meeting me at the carpet store and scheduled a electrician appt that day while we were together, helping me knock things off the to do list to get ready to sell. I was working full time at an exhausting job, and I cherish her support and motivation.  She is so sweet and also so knowledgeable about real estate in the area, and of all the details of the process of buying and selling. She also has great advice on decorum and how to have a place most marketable to sell. She is very responsive and I always felt in the loop. Couldn't have done it without her! ...well, it definitely would not have been as smooth anyway.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Elizabeth to buy our home. She was very professional and we felt really went to bat for us to get the best price for our house. She, with our approval,  made all the appointments for inspections of which we had quite a few due to the age of the house.  She was also great with negotiating the offers and counter offers to get to the final sale price. We've had other realtors in the past who really left us on our own doing not much beyond hand us stacks of papers and show up for the closing. Elizabeth was really there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Elizabeth had a wealth of knowledge about the house selling process. She assessed a selling price far greater than what we had expected and supported that price with data. She specified what needed to be done for our house to sell quickly and with little negotiation. We followed through on her  suggestions and our house was under contract in less than 2 days from when it was listed. It sold for our full asking price, and Elizabeth assisted us through the entire process. She even shared useful advice on the buying process for the new house we purchased. Elizabeth was a joy to work with, and I recommend her and her firm to anyone looking to sell or buy.

With most people living a hectic and busy life, we don't have any time to research and become experts in the complexities of the real estate market and laws. I expect all the people I work with to be masters of their respective field, and Elizabeth was nothing short of outstanding. She consulted  with us about existing home renovations to get the most return on our investment and was quick to note about the placement of a closet to count an additional room as a bedroom (a piece of advice that could have cost us thousands when we went to the market with our home). In addition to all of that, she was instrumental in negotiating the purchase of a piece of land that turned into a multiple bid scenario. Her guidance and knowledge of the process was ultimately what put us in the winning position and got us the land we wanted to build our future home. I can definitively state that Elizabeth's experience and deep understanding of real estate would put any person in a better position to buy or purchase. The advantages she brings to the table can not be put into words, and I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
