Careful restoration of the once-single-family home at 46 Orchard St. into an airy, welcoming workspace for Mosaic’s agents, clients and community to gather has been a labor of love. Located on the eastern edge of downtown Asheville in the city’s “wellness district,” the new, easily accessible office space will allow Mosaic to better connect with community, while at the same time integrating green features and environmental upgrades to settle into the building’s surroundings more seamlessly.
