Eliada Corn Maze & Fall Festival (throughout October) – Make the most of fall at Eliada’s annual Corn Maze and Fall Festival. The eight-acre maze features tractor rides, pumpkins, apple cider, a corn cannon, lawn games, food trucks and more. Wander Through Bucky’s Run (Oct. 9) –Take a behind-the-scenes look at one of Asheville’s remarkable private gardens during Wander Through Bucky’s Run on October 9. The 1¾-acre garden, listed in the Smithsonian Archive of American Gardens, features more than 3,000 plants and an extensive landscape created by the property’s owners. The Asheville Symphony Guild hosts this special ticketed event, offering garden enthusiasts a rare opportunity to explore this beautifully designed private landscape.
Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands (Oct. 15-18) – The fall edition of the Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands returns to Harrah’s Cherokee Center Asheville with more than 100 juried artists showcasing handmade pottery, furniture, jewelry, textiles, sculpture, woodwork and other fine crafts. Attendees can also enjoy live demonstrations and music.
Building Hope: An Evening for Affordable Housing (Oct. 15) – Highland Brewing will once again host Mountain Housing Opportunities’ signature annual Building Hope fundraiser. Mosaic is a proud sponsor of the event, which brings together community members and housing advocates to raise support for affordable housing initiatives throughout Western N.C.
Homeward Bound Homecoming Benefit Concert (Oct. 18) – Dance for a good cause at Homeward Bound’s Homecoming Benefit Concert at Pisgah Brewing Company in Black Mountain. Asheville’s own Empire Strikes Brass headlines the evening, with dancing, a kids’ dance competition, silent auction and Homecoming royalty. Mosaic is a sponsor of the event, which supports Homeward Bound’s work to prevent and end homelessness in WNC.
NC Stage Fall Series (October and November) – NC Stage Company’s 2026 fall series brings compelling live theater to downtown Asheville throughout October and November. The season opens with “Misery,” running Oct. 14-Nov. 1, followed by “Changing Same” Nov. 4-15. Brokers Shane Peters and Travis Price, along with Mosaic, are proud to co-sponsor NC Stage’s fall series and support Asheville’s vibrant performing arts community.
Harvest Ball (Oct. 22) – Equal Plates Project will host its annual Harvest Ball at The Mule. The evening, proudly co-sponsored by Mosaic and broker Kathleen Cook, celebrates local farmers, chefs, volunteer and community partners with a farm-inspired dinner, drinks, live music and live and silent auctions. This year’s lineup includes James Beard Award-winning chef Taylor Montgomery and Chef Elana Pearlman of Piccolina.
Pisgah Legal Services Justice Forum (Oct. 22) – Pisgah Legal Services presents its 15th Annual Justice Forum at Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in downtown Asheville. Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author Brian Goldstone will headline the evening, which is sponsored by Mosaic, and includes a ticketed reception followed by a free public forum.
2026 BABRM Awards Gala (Oct. 22) – The Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains’ 2026 Awards Gala takes place at A-B Tech, with a cocktail reception, dinner and awards recognizing excellence in homebuilding, remodeling, interior design, landscaping and more.
Asheville Community Theatre’s 2026-27 Season (October-June) – Asheville Community Theatre’s 2026-27 season, of which Mosaic is a proud sponsor, brings another full year of theater, musicals, comedy and community performances to downtown Asheville. The season includes productions ranging from “The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical” in October to “Doubt” in November, followed by additional shows throughout the spring.
Tryon Beer Fest (Nov. 7) – Now in its 15th year, this annual festival returns to downtown Tryon with live music, classic beer games, local food and of course dozens of top-tier breweries from across the Carolinas.
The Sound of America (Nov. 12) – The Asheville Art Museum welcomes AmiciMusic for The Sound of America, featuring pianist and artistic director Daniel Weiser and violinist Tim Schwarz in an evening exploring American music and composers. The performance, which will take place inside the Asheville Art Museum, offers a chance to pair live music with an evening surrounded by art in the heart of downtown Asheville.
Asheville Symphony: Masterworks 3 – Double Take (Nov. 14) – This Asheville Symphony presentation pairs Sergei Prokofiev’s Romeo & Juliet with grandson Gabriel Prokofiev’s concerto for Minimoog synthesizer and orchestra, creating an unusual meeting of classical repertoire and contemporary sound. The performance takes place downtown at the First Baptist Church of Asheville.
80th Annual Asheville Holiday Parade (Nov. 21) – Join in the fun festivities as the parade winds its way through downtown Asheville, beginning at 11 a.m. This year’s theme, “A Vintage Holiday,” invites participants to invoke the nostalgia, charm and cheer of holidays past in celebration of 80 years of this beloved Asheville tradition.
