I can't really say anything the previous reviews haven't said (and probably more eloquently), but: Dana is pretty much the best there is. He helped us buy our dream home next door to our good friends, even in this ridiculously tough market. He's also helping us sell our home of 10 years, and his knowledge, professionalism, talent, and all-around decency and kindness are astounding to me. Lots of people have an agenda, but I've always felt that Dana acts with genuine integrity and candor. He fights for his clients. He's got your back, even when the process is challenging. And given that home buying, selling, and moving are ranked as some of the most stressful life events, having someone like Dana in your corner is paramount. For real estate, it's the best call you'll ever make.

Update: Updating because Dana just helped sell our home, and I have to say that it was the best decision I've made in a long time. I'd never sold a home before and we had a SUPER tight timeline, but everything went smoothly and on track because of Dana's skill, professionalism, knowledge of the market, and amazing instincts. Best of all, we sold our home for 24% over asking price! I would 100% work with Dana again and I recommend him to close friends and family. You need someone you can trust to represent you, and Dana is that person.
 

Dana Brook ... this guy is amazing. Very outgoing, detail-oriented sort of guy. With his help, we had our house in contract in less than two weeks! This was very helpful to us, as we were making a big move down south it be closer to family. Dana even took care of our house and bought various items for us while we were our of town.

I always discard real estate flyers, mailed or left at the door. The constant delivery of these materials is a nuisance to me. Dana's mailed flyer was different; it immediately stood out from the others and caught my husband's attention and mine for its clean, tasteful design, and well, also because there was a photograph of Dana and his dog sitting side by side. I saved that flyer for several years before we were ready to sell.
Last year (2018) my husband and I decided to move to SoCal, we needed to sell our house, I remembered the flyer and we called Dana.
After we met him, we decided that he was the right person to guide us through the process of selling our house. He gave us an informed an honest opinion of some of the things we could do to the house to increase its selling value, and he even took on many of the headaches associated with these decisions. His background in photography ensured that when the house was ready to be put on the market, it looked its best with the help of a skilled team of photographers, stagers and other professionals he trusts. Our house never looked better.

I had to sell this house after my brother passed, and the property was a mess, inside and out. Dana gave great advice on whether to fix up to sell for a higher price or to sell as is, and I'm very happy to say he calmly guided me through the process of putting the house on the market.
